Celia Prosser

My goal is to help people maximise their skills and achieve their own level of excellence.

Celia Prosser Prior to coaching I spent many years in the field of Injury Management. Most of my work was spread across a wide range of industries where I gained a unique insight into the effect of stress across all levels of an organisation.

I noticed that many people experienced a stress response which not only affected them psychologically but also physically as well. It was even more noticeable that, in many cases, the actual cause of the stress was not being acknowledged leaving everyone feeling dissatisfied, frustrated and annoyed.

It was these experiences that led me to wonder “what else?” What out is out there that is really going to make a difference and why are so many people experiencing such high levels of stress – day after day? So, determined to find some answers I undertook extensive research into the most powerful strategies for human behaviour and advanced communication. After refining what I learnt I set up my consultancy business and now work to improve the dynamics of an organisation; from the individual employee, up to those in management positions.

I have formal qualifications in Executive Coaching, Emotional Intelligence and Motivation and work side-by-side with individuals and teams to develop positive strategies for lasting change and resilience.

My workshops are designed to help build understanding, trust and relationships, enhance teamwork and take ownership of individual behaviours. I use experiential learning techniques to facilitate collaboration and develop leadership capabilities.

My goal is to help people maximise their skills and achieve their own level of excellence. It is truly empowering to see someone have that ‘ah ha’ moment!

Meg Filip - Leadership Mastery for Women

About 10 years ago I realised that all the supposed hallmarks I associated with success, had nothing to do with it!

Meg FilipI was working long hours in a human resources based role, cramming my diary full of appointments and networking my butt off.  I had a mentor, and a female one, and despite best intentions I was getting as burnt out as I discovered she was.  Something had to give... it did, I left my job and with my new husband and just pregnant, I decided I’d start my own business.

Running a bed and breakfast was trendy at the time, so that’s what I did. I could tell you about the tourism awards the business won and I could tell you how busy I got, doubling the business in size every year for four years, but all I can think of is cleaning those spa’s while I was eight months pregnant, getting phone calls most weekends and having our very rare holidays constantly interrupted with booking enquiries.  Something had to give... it did, I sold the business and had a well earned break.

After about one day recuperating, I fell in love with the idea of starting up a community based leadership program that was advertised as a concept in the media in 2005.

With my background in human resources, leadership and running my own business, I convinced a board that I was the one for the job.  I immersed myself in the role, I loved it, I’d never been so switched on by the growth in someone else, it was exhilarating.  This time, it (work) was different, the exposure to inspirational people, the leadership skills training, the self reflection, and the sense of accountability I was facilitating with my cadet leadership team was having just as big an impact on me!

Over a couple of years I worked on the leadership model, trained and practiced every psychological testing tool and leadership development theory, and refined them based on what worked. The results, the development and the seeding of my leadership recruits in key roles in the community were overwhelming proof that I was having a significant impact on those around me. I’d also discovered that like me, women had special issues around their development in leadership. I was driven to help them, I started a consultancy business around coaching and developing women and I've worked with women all around the world, in varying positions from CEO's of large international's to stay-at-home mums who want more out of life.

My goal is to distil my ten years of learning (and mistakes) into something that can really help women, to understand themselves and understand their own definition of success.
